Mr. Mohammed Abdel Khaleq Abu-Alhaj is a board member of Orion Global Financial Services. He completed his education in CIS from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. In addition, he is a board member in these companies:

Mohamad Ziad Aboujeb.
Mohamad Ziad Aboujeb is a board member of Orion Global Financial Services. He is also a board member of Orion Investment (Turkey), and Vice-Chairman of Orion Holding Overseas and Swiss Orion Funds (Switzerland). Mr. Aboujeb has over ten years of experience in trading with a specialty in precious metals trading and manufacturing. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) and a Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America (California, USA).

Mohamed Ahmed Hafez Khalil.
Mohamed Ahmed Hafez Khalil is a board member of Orion Global Financial Services and the CEO of Orion Holding Overseas. After completing his International Business and Management Information Systems studies at McGill University, he started his management experience in the Hospitality and agro-industrial sectors respectively gaining hands-on know-how in defining policies and tools for trade integration. Mr. Khalil gained extensive experience with restructuring companies, communications, financial analysis, management information systems, as well as trade management experience; Mr. Khalil has also completed various programmes of business administration and executive management.

Karim Farra.
Karim Farra is a board member of Orion Global Financial Services and Orion Holding Overseas. Mr. Farra is a Managing Director at Manara Capital, a Middle Eastern investment company. He previously worked for Capital Guidance and Lebanon Invest. Mr Farra is also a member of the Board of Directors of Al Ahlia Lebanese Investment Co SAL and Yellowstone Brands LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honors from McGill University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and the Young Arab Leaders (YAL).
